The bouquet of this wine speaks to place and time with a dry stone mineral led beginning then scents of red apple and ripe meyer lemon, fresh and dried herbs then white flowers and orchard fruits with a light-tropical fruits quality. Dry on the palate with a core of fruit, plenty of acidity and flavours that reflect the bouquet including peach and apple, citrus and herbs with a mineral outline.
