This red is named after the migratory path that brings a vast number of hawks to Sprucewood's vineyards, on the banks of Lake Eerie. This appasimento style red features concentrated aromas of black berry and red cherry with flavours of mocha, vanilla and nutmeg. Pair alongside Gorgonzola cheese on artisanal crackers.
