Soave is one of the great wines of Italy's Veneto region. Made from the garganega grape variety, it has delicate citrus, floral and nutty aromas. On the palate, it is velvety smooth, with flavours of grapefruit, nuts and yellow plum. Serve on its own as an aperitif, or pair with appetizers, sushi or grilled vegetables.
