Dark Horse Estate Winery is situated in the emerging wine region around Lake Huron. They began planting their vineyards in 2015 and grow several varietals on site. This pinot grigio has aromas and flavours of peach and grapefruit with floral and mineral hints. Pair with light fare: think shellfish, sushi, or vegetables.
