From vines planted in 1998 in a mixture of limestone and clay soils, this Chardonnay is barrel fermented with indigenous yeast. It features fresh green apple, pear, and flinty mineral. Balanced, long and rich, this will drink well through 2025+. Serve with a vegetable quiche or grilled salmon.
