The Classic Release range supersedes the Regional Classic range, which superseded the straight cabernet sauvignon. This is pure Coonawarra, showing plenty of class. Cassis and blackcurrants are inflected with tobacco, mint and woodsy spices. It's more medium bodied, very fresh and lively. Tannins are pitch-perfect - ripe, savoury and slightly grainy.
