Hazy pale gold colour with a thick, foamy white head; enticing aromas of ripe banana peel, lemon zest, doughy bread, clove and a hint of coriander; on the palate it is light bodied and moderately carbonated, with crisp flavours of freshly squeezed citrus fruit, banana and clove.
